Thermoplastic is a great solution for high-traffic areas. Thermoplastic is torched down to either an asphalt or concrete surface and can provide a much longer life span than paint.
We also install concrete Wheel Stops. Depending on the application, we can either set using rebar or epoxy. Keep your sidewalks clear of car noses by using wheel stops.
Refreshing your lines is important for the drivers. Having faded lines makes it very difficult for your customers and can create mis-parking which results in losing spots.

New-Line fills all asphalt cracks prior to sealcoating using a Hot Applied Rubber, to prevent the crack from spreading and to prevent water and oils to penetrate the surface.
Sealcoating is an economical way to prolong the life of your asphalt surface and protect your investment. Sealcoating should be done the year following when the asphalt was laid and kept on a 3-5 year maintenance plan.
Washington State Law requires that all ADA parking stalls also is occompanied by a Washington State ADA Sign. We can also make and install custom signs for your business' needs.

From tennis court resurfacing to full tennis court construction and management, we can assist you in any way. We also can do Basketball, Pickle Ball and Shuffle board layouts.
If the deterioration of the asphalt is too severe and not worthy of sealcoating, the best option is to remove the existing asphalt and install new. Within the first season from new asphalt being laid, it should be sealed to be fully protected.
Replacement of broken extruded curbing, or installation of new, we can address your curbing needs.
